After quite some time house hunting for my first home in the Carmarthen area I stumbled across a property that fitted the bill that John Fransis had for sale. Being sceptical of the whole prosecute and having being gazumped by Clee Thompkinson on a previous purchase I was treading carefully. The John Fransis team was very reassuring throughout the whole sale and as being a novice in the business of a house purchase they really helped to calm any nerves regarding the situation.
All staff were very welcoming and warming. From Michelle on the first viewing, Sam for the mortgage advise and then finally feisty Chris on managing to hurry along the what seemed never ending seller solicitor waiting times. I have recently used John Francis to complete a house purchase, I then subsequently used JF to carry out the letting on my house. Ruth and Aled were excellent, their communication was very good, keeping me updated on the progress of the letting along with arranging for some trades to carry out works before my tenant moved in. Highly recommend the team.

Ruth and her team recently provided me with a new tenant for a rental property in Carmarthenshire. As I don't live locally it was essential for me to find a reliable and trustworthy agent to let the property. Ruth was very efficient, and achieved a competitive rent, with a selection of potential tenants along with organising a gas safe, inventory and a check-in and check-out process. Communication was great and regular at every stage of the process. I will certainly be using them again and would recommend to anyone as the go to agent for local Landlords.

I have nothing but praise for the team at John Francis, Carmarthen. My family and I relocated from Hampshire England to wales, earlier this month and we were struggling to find a home, until we starting speaking with Ruth and Aled. Used Ruth in Lettings to move house, she was absolutely brilliant. Ruth would always be on the end of the phone to answer questions and throughout was very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better Letting Agent, would definitely recommend using John Francis Lettings.
