Towards the end of the sale process my stress levels were affecting me quite severely. I have to say Michelle and Joanne were brilliant in helping me get over the line. My property was valued at the lower end of the market, so there was less in it for them compared to other clients. I expected they would concentrate their efforts elsewhere with that in mind, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Genuinely grateful for the fabulous help to get documents out of contractors and for all the support. Thank you so much.

The whole team at Aled Ellis couldn't have been more helpful. From the valuation all the way through to completion and exchange they were very mindful of my parents ill health, and the need to work around their requirements. The friendly and professional staff were all unfailingly helpful, no matter what query we had. The viewings were carried out with minimal disruption to any of us, and we were kept informed at all stages. Any communication with the buyers was managed well through them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market.
