We have owned Welsh Property Services since March 2016, building upon several years of prior collaboration. Our principal directors, Jo and Jules, have lived and worked in the local area since 1989. We bring complementary skills and extensive entrepreneurial experience to our roles as business owners. Jules has successfully run three local businesses, whilst Jo contributed years of dedicated service to our estate agency prior to the acquisition. Our team has recently expanded with the addition of Karen in 2023 and Julian in 2025. We believe our combined expertise creates a winning combination for both vendors and purchasers. I have dealt with Welsh Property on several occasions. They are always welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I can only speak of them at a very high standard. They always keep you updated. They are very considerate and treat you with respect. I woulld always recommend them.

I just used their website. I live in the U.S. and was considering moving to Wales. I learned I'm too poor to live in Wales. But the website was easy to use and I was able to view quite a few properties so it was a good experience despite the crushing disappointment.

Jo, Jules and team are the best Estate Agents I've ever dealt with (and I've had lots of experience). Knowledgeable, well connected and hugely responsive and helpful. They described our house beautifully, took superb pictures, organised the EPC and floor plan. They drew on their knowledge of the potential buyers and found a buyer before the house was formally on the market!

Jules and Jo, and all at Welsh Property Services were simply amazing when buying a property from them. We met Jules when first viewing the property, and although not meeting her again before completion - we live 5 hours away - it felt like we were making this big purchase through a friend! Their communication was fantastic, it was regular, prompt, proactive and clear, and when Jules wasn't available Jo seamlessly stepped in - dream team!
In addition, they went above and beyond anything I've even experienced, or even expect, from an estate agents, in the way they supported the sale transaction and making sure the property was in a good state for when we were arriving post completion, and went out of their way to coordinate tradesman for us. Buying a property is never easy but I can honestly say they made us feel special and supported. It was an absolute pleasure and if looking for an additional property/home in Wales we'll check the WPS website first. and may even wait until they have what we want!

I have just had the pleasure of buying a property through Welsh Property Services and I cannot praise Jules and Jo enough. They are professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and both went way beyond what I would expect from an estate agent, particularly as I was not actually their client. I would not hesitate to recommend them and if I ever sell a property in this area then I would most definitely utilise their services.
