First time letting a property and dealt with Moby, who was very helpful, reassuring and great at us finding tenants. He visited our flat and took us through the entire process. I also decided to sell the flat through CP, I often dealt with Jay for this, as well as with some tenancy issues after checkout. He was very helpful and friendly, some processes he wasn't sure of, which wasn't helpful when having to deal with damage caused by tenants and sometimes needed prompting to update me on what was going on with tenants.
But he and also Connor are real assets to the team and both absolutely incredible in trying to speed up my sale process - contacting the management company, getting forms required, keeping me updated, sometimes even before my solicitor! Thank you to Jay and Connor!
