Hannah was absolutely incredible from start to finish, she sold our house within days and kept us updated at every stage. She was able to push for a completion date within 4 weeks of the house selling. She was honest throughout and made the very stressful task of selling a house enjoyable. The least professional estate agent I've experienced, and that says a lot! They told my partner and I two different times for a house viewing which, due to this, we subsequently missed. No attempt to contact us to see if we were running late and no confirmation email or text was sent beforehand either, meaning it was our word against theirs. Then, upon phoning to complain, the woman my partner spoke to was rude and unapologetic. I would recommend not working with these, there are plenty of actually decent estate agents in Derbyshire that deserve your money more.
