Completely stress free and easy process for renting my first house with my partner. The standard of the property was great in general but the whole letting process was fast and efficient. With other agencies I have found their communication to be quite poor but this small family run agency was so attentive and transparent! Couldn't recommend them more!

So far we have had a wonderful experience with MS estates. They are very responsive to both emails and phone calls. I have managed to speak to one of their members of staff every time I have called and they are happy to give advice. Booking a viewing was relatively hassle free and the process of signing contracts was also not complicated. There is quite a difference between other Ms Estates and other Estate agents such as Uni2rent who doesn't answer emails and calls whatsoever and you must go to their office every time you want to speak to somebody to arrange a viewing or if you have a question.
