Don't bother call them they sell property and put you on hold with unreasonable excuses I called them 3 weeks ago and they cancelled viewing every week and once I checked the property today it was sold I have a viewing arranged for next Tuesday but they even didn't bother to call me When I called the sale advisor said it was sold yesterday not apologised and said she sent me an email which I have not received Be careful with this agency
