The most unprofessional agents I've ever dealt with Not just incompetent - getting anything fixed or sorted was an uphill struggle - but rude and aggressive. I feel sorry for the landlord - Excel used the same contractors for everything and they charged a fortune. Tas and Dino were terrible to deal with. Avoid!

The team at Excel have been a pleasure to deal with over our numerous years renting through them. Repairs or issues are always dealt with promptly. I've always felt like a valued client and I appreciate their efforts in what must be no easy feat keeping both landlord and tenant happy (especially during the initial tumultuous first year of covid).

I have to say, as a landlord, I am quite disappointed with this agent. Everything was fine, 10% letting only is a bit expensive but yet still they helped me secured a tenant with 3 year contract. The reason that I give only three stars is because of how they dealt with the deposit after. It has been two months now since the last tenant moved out, and all dispute has been settled within 2 weeks after the move out. I still have received the deducted deposit from the agent. I do appreciate that this is a special time and everything tends to be slower, but still.

We were extremely happy with the level of service and the way in which the team at Excel Property Services treated us. From our first viewing with Mao up to our final meeting with Tas, we felt very comfortable with the agents. They made sure we had all the information we needed and were in constant communication with us, understanding our needs and timeline. We would definitely recommend using Excel Property Services and would not hesitate to use them again!

It was a great experience working with Adam from Excel. After I contacted Adam, he showed me a couple of places, exactly according to my preferences, within 24 hours. He is very responsive to emails and calls. He also did a great job in terms of communicating for me with the landlord. The maintenance team at Excel is also great. The whole renting process went pretty smoothly. I'm very happy that I chose to work with them.

Had a great experience dealing with Excel Property Services. Incredibly accommodating with all our requests and flexible in working around our schedule. The reference checks were quick and transparent. The overall move was very smooth and the post-move communication has been excellent as well. Highly recommend using their services especially considering that fees are significantly lower than other property service companies.
