If I could rate a zero I would. I generally dont write reviews but I have to make an exception for this awful place. Rude customer service from the very beginning. Matthew was so so rude and very condescending. I cannot believe he is a manager. Granted there were issues with the landlord out of their control but they way they spoke to us was vile. I cannot wait to no longer have to communicate with them.
It is a shame because every other estate agent in Rugby we have had dealings with have been so lovely. I would NEVER recommend using this estate agent. Moving out of the flat due to various issues but also fortunate that we are buying a house! When we come to sell our house we will definitely definitely not use Brown and Cockerill. The only upside to Brown and Cockerill was Izzy Middleton who joined as a member of a staff there just before we left.

Just come out of a 5+ year rental property. The lettings team at Brown & Cockerill have been amazing for the whole of my tenancy & the ending of it could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend this estate agent. Thanks for everything team.

I have been with Brown & Cockerill since purchasing my property 6 years ago. I initially approached them with the intent of leasing out the property on a temporary basis however since my circumstances have changed, I have continued to run with their managed service and have to say I've not had a single issue with them at all. From initial consultation and finding tenants whilst taking care of their requirements through to ensuring I have peace of mind; they have been on the ball.
I think over the years I have spoken to most of the team and each one of them have been extremely good For the past two years I have been looked after by Leasa, who I have to say is a true professional. She is very resourceful and quickly knows where to go to find a contractor for any works that need doing, she keeps me up to date via email and follows up with a call and always advises when I ask for it. I feel comfortable and reassured that my property is being always looked after. Would recommend them to anyone looking to either purchase or lease a property. A great company.

What an amazing team. Mandy Paul and Aaron have been, so supportive helpful knowledgable and just so friendly through a complete rollercoaster of a year that we've had. Professional but always available to listen advise and be a shoulder to cry on which I have to admit has happened. The joy in Pauls voice when he told us the exchange had gone through was brilliant and shows that each and every sale matters to them. Definitely a vocation not just a job. Mandy and the whole of the sales team were extremely professional and more importantly.helpful. From assessing my bungalow for a market valuation to completion of the deal I had first class and personal service. Mandy was spot on with her valuation and the sale was achieved at the asking price within 1 day. I was thrilled. The photographs of the bungalow for the brochure were first class.
