John Goodwin FRICS is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors offering a personal and professional service focusing on the requirements of the client. The first office was opened in Ledbury in 1981, two years later Colwall was opened, with Malvern following in 1991 and Upton in 1999. Most recently saw the addition of our associated London office in Park Lane.

The firm includes members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which enforces a strict code of conduct and ethics for its members, and individual members of the National Association of Estate Agents.

John Goodwin provides a comprehensive service for the sale and purchase of sites that have potential for residential development, with or without planning permission in place. The sites can range from a single building plot to a large developments site.
