Established in 1898 by G Herbert Banks the company has retained a family connection with his grandson David Banks who is now a consultant and his great grandson Richard who is a current partner. We have been based in Worcestershire from the beginning and we consider our experience and local knowledge to be unrivalled here and throughout the surrounding counties. Our Chartered Surveyors, Estate and Letting Agents, Planning Consultants and Valuers are based in easily accessible offices near to the city of Worcester.
