The Plum Layton Charitable Trust was set up predominately to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research. The fund is supporting the fantastic work being done at the Hammersmith Hospital and Imperial College under Dr Harpreet Wasan.

Sole agency, as the name suggests, is one single agent who is instructed to market your property usually for an agreed minimum period. Some agents tie clients into onerous and/or lengthy contracts, we don't! Our sole agency period is just 6 weeks, with a proviso that if you are unhappy at any point, simply phone us and we will terminate the contract with immediate effect.
