Went to look at a property! What an absolute shambles, the estate agency did not communicate only communicated when it was to do with money. The property had mouldy parts an a broken plug socket water Mark's Down the walls, carpets was disgusting the smell was disgusting. This property is not fit for any human!.

The all the team at gorse hill are great. But James is the star from the first meet to the last one he understood are needs and wants and managed with professional attitude and with in a few weeks we had sold and bought with James as the agent to. moved in with no Hassel.and little stress. great

Booked two viewings with this company. We arrived in good time. Resulted in me having to phone their office not once but twice! Did not appreciate getting absolutely soaking wet the second time. Not impressed!
