I rented a property that was managed by Peter Ball & Co for just under two years and cannot praise Emma and the lettings team enough. Throughout my time there Emma was always very responsive, personable and professional. When I had issues at the property they were always dealt with and resolved within a timely manner. Having rented several properties with different letting agents, I can say that Peter Ball & Co were by far the best that I have dealt with. Would highly recommend!

Great team at Peter Ball and Co if you're a tenant. Nothing is too much trouble. Particular credit to Emma Batsford who was very responsive and friendly throughout our tenancy. It was a pleasure to be a tenant for 12 months and I'd thoroughly recommend to friends and family.
