Our History - John Hilton Estate Agents was founded in 1972. The business was bought by Edward Skinner the then manager in 1988 and steered through the difficult recession of the early nineties when repossessions and high interest rates were rife and many independent agents ceased to trade. In the early times during the 70's John Hilton's were seen as being quite radical as being the first agent in Brighton to extend their opening times to Saturday's which was frowned upon by many other local agents!
Meet the Team

Director Marius Foster joined the company as a negotiator in 1996 working alongside Edward. They grew the business and incorporated the lettings department as another string to Hilton's bow and in 2014 he became a director. He and Edward pride themselves on delivering a bespoke, highly professional service to all of their clients to accommodate each individual customers requirements.

We never underestimate the importance of excellent photography, which is why we only use an experienced property photographer with state of the art equipment to shoot all of our properties (where appropriate) to capture your property in it's best possible light.Unlike some agencies, we focus on capturing imagery that's true to life and avoid the use of wide lensed cameras.
