This is a company of the highest integrity and made the process of my recent house purchase a relatively stress free experience. Ryan and Ian Hyder could not have been more helpful and liaised with my vendors to sort out my various queries efficiently and promptly. The service was friendly and caring throughout and their actions ensured the completions were carried out regarding the three properties in the chain before the 30th September 2021deadline (for Stamp Duty relief). They did a great job.

Absolutely fantastic service, myself and my partner popped in by change whilst looking for somewhere to live that met our requirements. Excellent professional service all round. I used ian and ryan to sell my property, gave me clear and honest advice and very helpful in matters with my solicitors. I then decided to move back to rottingdean after moving to wales and again used them for my purchase. All went very smoothly with no problems. If you are buying or selling a property i would highly recommend them
