Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Shocking customer service, we tried to book a viewing for 3 different house at 3 different occasions, every time they took our details and never bothered to call us back despite chasing 2-3 times a day. We were serious buyers with agreed to principle ready and cash in bank.

I can only say but good things about Carters. I met James only and he has been a very good person, very professional and caring. He also proved to be very patient with a lot of support.
