If they would be in the business of selling dissapointments, I would rate them 5stars. But, as they are in real estate i rate them 0 stars, calls and emails are unanswered, office is closed. They still advertising propertys, but you can't get hold of them. A joke!

Really recommend The Property Shop - Acle for their incredible service in helping me sell my property. Being remote from the property they helped me deal with various things that needed to be fixed at the property in order for the sale to proceed. They were also extremely proactive and kept on top of all parties to ensure that the sale proceeded swiftly. Would definitely use them again on any future sale.

Guys please be aware I view a house through the property shop and make an offer and they didn't even phone me back! I actually spoke to a lady and said call me back in three hours and I will make an offer! I had to call back myself three days later after no call back and was told the house had sold? What if my offer my offer was higher? Estate agents are meant to get the owner the best price. Not the property shop in Acle. CRAZY!

I just want everyone to know not to use them if they won't even call you back to make an offer, how are they still in business. I always try and use local businesses to support them but I defiantly won't be using he property shop again that is for sure. There are other and better local estate agents that want my business and will actually call me back that I will be using in NR13!
