Overall I have been pleased with the staff at bycroft. Professional. Polite. Until it came to given the deposit money back. Excuses. Stalling. The latest. the Lady dealing with the deposit (and it has been agreed the amount to return) is off today. And its the Easter Bank hoilday tomorrow. So they can keep my deposit for another four days. And no doubt when I call Next Tuesday. I will receive another excuse. Shame.

Recently sold my property in Caister, from start to finish Bycroft were professional and approachable with any queries I had. Big shout out to Michele who always found the time to help resolve any issues that had come up. Feel she really helped push the process along when it could have quite easily dragged on. Bycroft has undoubtably got to be one of the laziest Estate agencies that I have come across and that is saying something especially about their trade. They constantly fail to return phone calls or follow up appointments. I even wanted to put an offer in on a house and they failed to follow this up(we offered with the other agency the property was being sold with). They trade on their name but have gone downhill so use them at your peril.

Most horrendous estate agent ever kicked me out of my rented property after 6 months which I paid upfront no reason given just landlord wants it back now paid lots of money up front for deposit reference checks etc jumped through everything for them. yet zero given back asked for cooker to be replaced as it was broken took 2 months to get any where the staff are so rude and nasty as for mr bycroft nasty man once got my money didn't want to help or respond made me feel terrible.

2 minutes ago Absolutely awful service. I was trying to buy from them and they told me it was sold! That was a lie, is wasn't according to the seller who I knew. They didn't turn up for another appointment that I had booked and when I finally got to view it I asked them to let me know if anyone else puts an offer in - they didn't - they just sold it so I didn't get the option to offer myself and I was a cash buyer!

When I rang them to ask about it, they just didn't care or apologise. Also tried to sell through them previously and communication was awful, they are soooo lazy and some of the girls just blunt with a bad attitude If I could give a minus star I would. Avoid them, there are plenty of estate agents around that actually want your work
