Professional engagement from start to completion. The marketing team were excellent aided by some stunning marketing photographs. The prospects were professionally hosted by the team at my property and then followed up with good feedback - resulting in an acceptable offer in about a fortnight. Then Linda got involved! Excellent communication up and down the chain from her as well as solicitor liaison - buyer and vendor were always made aware of the stage and processes to exchange and completion. A service that was worth their price. Just as we all like it.

Highly recommended. From valuation to completion, the service was excellent. I think it was Andrew who came out to give us a quote. he valued the property 25,000 above Foster Lewis estate agents, our property sold within 2 weeks for 50 over the asking price. And then there was Sam Bailey; she helped us throughout the whole process, which turned out to be complicated due to legal issues. Sam regularly chased up solicitors and always kept us updated with weekly phone calls and emails. she was excellent Overall, I would highly recommend Shorthand Horne in particular Sam and Andrew.
