Absolutely appalling service. The worst one I have ever received. I was told by Connor that white goods will be present when I viewed the property in July with my friend. We both asked the same question about white goods separately and were confirmed the white goods are there. When I moved in the white goods were not there and I had a shouting match with Connor who said he didn't remember anything saying about white goods.

The advert showed white goods in the photos. I was told also that there are standard meters not pay as you, which turned out to be a lie. On the day I moved Stuart mentioned btw there is a rising damp at the property. Another omission and there is no way I would accept a place like this! The oven is still disgusting after the last tenant. Reported them to the council for the damp and boiler issues already and lived there only 10 days! I'm gonna use all my powers to not to let them get away with misleading me like this even court if needed
