Excellent service from our main contact, Rob Ford, who was patience itself and very helpful with advice when the first buyer of our flat pulled out at short notice. Always a calm and authoritative presence on the phone when the sale with the second buyer ran into difficulties caused by the slowness of the managing agents. He was prompt with updates and rang us each week with advice. Overall, he helped make a difficult sale bearable.

The fees were more reasonable than some 'chain' estate agents and I never felt that I was being pushed to do anything, unlike my experience with some agents. Having recently purchased a flat with Warren as the selling agent, I cannot recommend them enough. Rob Ford could genuinely not have been more helpful. I was a first time buyer - with what turned out to be a hopeless solicitor - and I am so grateful for the support that Rob provided. He answered questions and explained things to me which were well beyond the call of duty - without him the process would have been vastly more stressful and confusing.

We bought a property in Riverside Quarter through Warrens in Putney and were impressed throughout by the professionalism of Rob Ford. Despite the challenges of Covid19, Warrens were on top of their game throughout. In particular, they let us have multiple viewings, communicated effectively with the vendor and have responded to queries even after completion. An excellent job and I would recommend Warrens to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in Putney.

Rob Ford was our agent. From the first to the fourth viewing Rob was so informed, patient, professional and worked very hard through our entire process. He sold our place by the second viewing, which secured funds to buy our future home. He navigated the chain with polite tenacity. All through the height of Covid. Then we asked for recommendations for mortgage brokers, movers, surveyors, lawyers, etc.
He made it all possible. If we went with another company - or another agent- I'm not sure we would be in our wonderful home. Would not go anywhere else and can not say how much we value Rob's work.
