A Gas Safety Certificate is a record shows that the gas appliances mentioned inside the property are safe to use. The 1998 Gas Safety Installation and Use Regulations state that all landlords in the UK are required to maintain a valid safety certificate.

Critical: Responsiveness The worst sort of estate agency. They charge you before and after you move in the flat without even clearly telling you. And after all that, they even have the guts to cut down your deposit for "Cleaning" and "Removal" of stuff that wasn't even mine to begin with and I've cleansed the place beforehand.

The worst estate agents ever and in particular Alex. My friend's green bin was stolen today by one of their tenants. This was evidential on the basis that whilst the door number was written over, the tenant failed to realise there was a sticker on the bin with the address of the rightful owner on it. DER! When Prime Locations were notified, my friend was told it wasn't their problem and it is not their job to police the tenants? What exactly are you getting paid for then? Disgusting attitude and totally unprofessional estate agents.
