Ann founded Malverns in 1975 and has extensive knowledge of sales and lettings in prime London locations. Whilst she still plays an active role in the day to day running of the business, she is in the office twice a week, normally on Wednesdays and Thursdays. When she is not in the office Ann spends time in the countryside overseeing a horticultural landscaping and planting project.

Ria has over 20 years experience in the London lettings market, concentrating on Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair. Loves travelling, ballet and is a patron of the finer restaurants of London.

Under the old rules, there were several different Stamp Duty rates, but you as a homebuyer, paid the same rate on the whole purchase price. Under the new LBTT system buyers pay tax on amounts between bands, not on the full purchase price of a property.
