Great experience with Chris from Athertons estate agents, very friendly and understanding with everything, with the viewings thw feedback was always very prompt so no hanging around waiting to get feedback, the photos taken of the property were fantastic.

What was a slow start due to the then market conditions and some delays with communication from legal professionals, our move was managed professionally by the team at key Drummond. Special mention to Sam for his attentive viewings and coordination: also to Chris when finalising move dates and chasing everyone .. communication methods were good with a WhatsApp group, email and phone. Would recommend this agency for selling your home.

If you want an estate agent who is efficient and trustworthy.. yes trustworthy then look no further than Chris Rowley and his team. Chris had provided his exceptional skill with marketing my property. The video he produced made me think Id buy that. He has never pushed me or become annoyed with me every time I changed my mind on a property we were meant to buy. Key Drummond is an independent estate agent so no pushy salespeople looking for their commissions. This company is caring and exceeds every other company I have ever gone with.

We bought our house through KD and dealt with Sam and Chris. They were both supportive in the process chasing up the solicitors for updates and accomodating with our viewings, we never felt rushed. We also got a little house welcome gift which was a lovely extra touch. Thank you for your help throughout!

As a buyer I didnt expect the level of service that I got. Chris and the team were responsive to any query I had and relayed questions I had to the seller about things like power in the garage and general house queries.
When I picked up the keys they gave me a great little welcome to your new home box with lots of fantastic little gizzits and useful information.
If I was selling would I use Key Drummond? 100% yes! In fact I recommended them to my sister and she has her house on the market with them right now.

Chris has been thoroughly professional and knowledgeable throughout our sale, from valuation to completion. The selling price was pitched exactly right as we achieved the asking price, he kept us informed along the way, when queries arose he worked very hard to resolve them quickly. The rate of commission was also very competitive. I would definitely recommend Key Drummond at Oakdale, Poole.
