Prospect was excellent throughout the process of buying our home. Max Len was amazing from start to finish. He quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and, after showing us one property that wasnt quite right, he immediately found the perfect home for us even better than we had imagined. I first viewed the house with him on my own, and the next day he kindly showed it again to my whole family, always friendly and very helpful. We submitted our offer around 5pm on a Friday, and even after his working hours, Max went above and beyond to speak with the seller and push things forward. Just a few hours later, still on the same evening, he came back to us with the news that our offer had been accepted. His dedication and commitment were outstanding. I also have to mention Anna Jackman , who coordinated the whole process and always kept us fully updated at every stage. Highly recommended if I ever needed to sell or buy a home again, I would choose them without hesitation.

Cameron Hill was our point of contact and he was a very critical cog in handling what was a slightly tricky long sale, but Cameron ensured it was all going well and updating us with key information. He was always available and kept updating us that it was all going well. Very friendly, approachable and at the same time professional in handling all the matters.
