Through one dedicated point of contact, we manage marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, supporting paperwork, rent collection and move-in arrangements. Our involvement continues throughout the tenancy with regular inspections, repair coordination, renewal discussions and arrears management if required. When a tenancy concludes, we process notices, consult with landlords on remarketing and relaunch the property for new tenants. This end-to-end service is designed to ensure a thorough and consistent experience for landlords. The continued loyalty of clients who joined us at the beginning of our journey reflects the confidence they place in our approach. We are licensed agents with ARLA and NAEA and are registered with The Property Ombudsman.

Granger & Oaks have looked after two of my apartments in the city for the last 5 years or so. I have to thank them and say what a great job they have done in looking after them and making sure that I have barely had a day without tenants in all that time. I thorougly recommend Granger & Oaks, Jonathan and his team have managed my property for a number of years. They've always provided a wonderful service. Jonathan & his team have managed my rental property in Nottingham for approx 18 years. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best property management agents I have encountered during my 20 years as a landlord. I asked G & Oaks to help find, assess and now manage our properties in Nottingham. I cannot recommend them highly enough - all of the team are extremely professional and also excellent at communication with their landlords and tenants. The BTL market can be daunting but G & Oaks worked with us to develop our understanding and approach so that we felt confident in purchasing a small portfolio quickly.
The client software let's us know where we are with regards to marketing, repairs and income on line. I would especially refer to G & Oaks management of the repair service - using their local expertise probably saves us 30% on repairs each year, compared to trying to organise our own.
