I need to give five stars to them because I had a very good experience. My husband and I had been trying to rent a house for some time. Every agency we approached was offended by our questions; it felt like we were forced to accept anything that seemed strange. We were mistreated by some local agencies and gave up several times because we didn't want to deal with unprofessional behavior and rudeness from people who clearly treat immigrants (we are from Brazil) as the downfall of this country. It was a relief for us to find Kylie, who presented the property with a good attitude and on time. Later, we were assisted by Jade, who explained how things would work and clarified some details we were unsure about. Finally, Sandra had a LOT of patience with our lack of understanding of rental laws and explained everything (sometimes more than once), always in a polite and very professional manner. I strongly believe in God and that He provides us with special people when we need them. Without their kindness, I'm sure we would have given up again because the fear of doing something we don't know and being judged or labeled as fools would have been more humiliation than we could bear. Five stars because it's not possible to give more than that. Thank you very much, King Lettings and team!

It was nice to work with Kings Lettings. In one week they managed to arrange the tenancy for me and my partner. On Saturday we had the viewing and on Saturday next week we moved in. Agents are real professionals. Great communication, they promptly answer all the questions. Definitely I can recommend them.

We as a family were renting from Kings for nearly 9 years. Always been looked after, never failed with any repairs on time and very rapid response on emails which for me was very convenient. Contract was very clear with no hidden charges. Many thanks to Jeanette as she is very professional and never failed us. Very recommended and I have no doubts that everyone who is going to contact Kings will have the same or better experience than us. These guys and girls are a great bunch of helpful and fun people. They have always been there to help once I had rented the property. They also were really fast and obliging during the contract signing process. Special mentions to Laura, Calum, Gina and Sandra. I would strongly recommend this letting agent.
