The team at the King's Lynn office, headed up by Alison Richardson, have been nothing less than exceptional during our time with them. Alison, in particular, has been outstanding in every aspect of property management. We have, both rented a property through her, and for the last 8 years let 2 house through her. Knowing how particular she was when we rented gave us total confidence and comfort than anyone renting would be properly vetted and the property inspected at regular intervals, backed up by reports back to us on the property's condition. This has allowed any remedial work to be carried out immediately which she has arranged through her contacts. Definitely worth every penny of the commission we pay her.

We had the pleasure of renting a lovely home through Belvoir Kings Lynn for the past five years, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent.
From the outset, we were supported by Alison and Emma, and more recently by Annieall of whom have been consistently professional, respectful, and attentive. Any maintenance issues, though rare due to the property being in very good condition, were always handled promptly and efficiently. We are also very grateful to our landlord, who was equally cooperative whenever servicing was required.
It truly was a happy home for usa place where we felt settled and secure, which allowed us to save and eventually take the exciting step of purchasing our own home.
We sincerely hope the next tenants will look after the house as lovingly as we did, and that it brings them just as much comfort and joy.

Alison and the team have been extremely professional, but also friendly and helpful to a novice landlord. All the paperwork has been sorted out by Belvoir and despite a few problems with tenants I am confident that Belvoir have found the right tenents for me, and saved me a lot of stress.
I was particularly impressed with how quickly the responded to my many email enquiries, and would recommend them to anyone looking to let property without the stress and hassle.
Update: following a recent change of tenants l am again very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which Belvoir managed the changeover, with new tenants in place, following some work to the property within a month. Such a relief to know the house is in such safe hands and I can trust Belvoir 100% to take care of all aspects of letting my property Thank you Belvoir!

To be really honest, my encounter with this agency was nothing short of outstanding. I myself had a very difficult situation within my own life that I had to handle, which made things a bit hard for me to be at appointments physically or even signing documents. Regardless of my situation being very difficult, the 2 individuals Annie and Emma were very accommodating they were so understanding and so helpful I couldnt be anymore grateful for the help they provided. Which allowed me to have the smoothest process possible while being out of the country for work and eased the stress on my shoulders. Definitely a 5 star rating well done by Belvoire and its amazing staff.

For several years now I have used Bevoir's 'Tenant Find' service and found it excellent. Almost without exception tenants have been ideal and l have enjoyed a friendly and professional relationship with them. Voids have been kept a minimum.
With so much new legislation surrounding the letting market, Alison and her team take the hassle out of keeping up to date with current legislation with the result that tenant and landlord alike understand their rights and responsibilities. As a consequence I feel that the benefits I enjoy are over and above the requirements of Belvoir's Tenant Find service.

It's almost impossible to find a good lettings agent but Belvoir Kings Lynn are it. The sector is full of incompetence and uncaring operators looking to pick up their monthly comission but Belvoir are the complete opposite. Alison and her team are stars and will take the worry or stress away from being a landlord. They genuinely care about your tennants, property and your concerns as a landlord. I'd recommend them above any others I've dealt with without hesitation.
