We were so impressed with the entire team of Finlay Brewer - especially Teresa, Debs (Debbie), and Hettie. They are consummate professionals who looked after us every step of the way when buying our first house. I am really disappointed in the way that they handle their viewing and customer inquiry, i had viewing appointment today at 4:45 PM at the time which we agreed and they confirmed hat they will be there (by email and SMS). simply they didn't show up, they didn't respect the value of time and journey that i took in this cold weather. Jon( head of letting) is knowledgeable person but his team unfortunately below the standards.
