The team at JBM are so helpful and professional, they were such a pleasure to work with. They have a great website and organised the photography and drone footage to fully capture the best images of my property. Their marketing was impressive, I had several viewings within the first few days and was fortunate to accept an offer within the first week of advertising. We moved into our new home last week, thanks in no small part to JBM Estate Agents. The sale was handled by Mark, who clearly has an excellent specialist knowledge of the local property market. He gave up his Saturday morning to allow us to view the property at short notice and stayed in touch regularly as he worked to secure a deal for his clients. They got a good price, and we got our dream home.
Throughout the process, Mark and his colleague Scott were a pleasure to deal with. I have never experienced this level of customer care from the big property sales companies in Edinburgh and would recommend JBM Estate Agents without hesitation.

When I was looking for a property for my dad in Peebles I asked every estate agent to alert me when they had any properties which might be suitable. JBM Estate agents were the most helpful. It was for this reason that I used them to sell the house when my dad died. They were so easy to work with; friendly and professional and always happy to answer questions and offer advice.
