Even though I didn't end up getting the property I wanted (Landlord and I couldn't agree on terms). I have nothing but good things to say about Morgan Randall. They use Matterport to give you a virtual "Dollhouse" tour of their properties. If you plan your floorspace down to a freaking centimeter than you'll enjoy that tech. Whoever brought that tech to Morgan Randall is a genius. But (Always a but), it's the professionalism of the staff. Specifically, Julia, she was on the ball! My interaction with Morgan Randall was in regards to renting a residential property in London - that's when i was put in touch with JULIA WIECZOREK - she's probably the best and most helpful estate agent I've ever interacted with! From our initial contact and through our experiences, she's not only been very helpful in sharing properties which perfectly matched our criteria, but also in promptly responding to all of our numerous questions.

Hollie is an absolutely brilliant agent who has helped me to find the dream home for the first place where my partner and I will be staying. There are very few of the estate managers that go an extra mile to get you what you want. I believe that Julia has invested a great amount of personal time and has really helped me out in finding the perfect apartment me and my brother had been looking for. She is really hardworking, responsive, polite and most importantly 'honest'. Really happy :D

With cautions on finding letting apartments, I spoke with Julia and turns out she's really helpful. After a long search over different types of apartment, Julia has found the most matching property for us, two master students from overseas to study in Canary Wharf. She acts quick, send us photos and videos over. You can hear her sincere voice showing that she has been really trying to help you out. Highly recommend!

There are many things I really love about Morgan Randall from the website to the people. The first thing I noticed about their website is that all the information is present and clear and easy to find (unlike other estate agents where the presented information is somewhat inconsistent) and always includes things like service charge, council tax etc. On the very same day I submitted a form to the website with what I was looking for, I got a voicemail from a cheery voice, Gina De, that instantly made me feel that my message was important.
Gina has taken my needs on board and has been excellent in showing me different places and listening to my opinions on them.
Whenever I view a place with her, I'm given an information pack about the it making it much easier to remember what I've visited and she is always very patient with my questions and has given me a lot of advice. I've also found her replies to my emails to be extremely prompt and on top of that she's a delightful and enthusiastic person! I've ended up offering on a place with another agent but if I'm ever looking again I will definitely contact Gina/Morgan Randall

Me an my roommate were struggling to find an apartment that would perfectly fit our budget since we are students. However, when I talked to Julia (agent) over the phone we were able to manage to secure an apartment in just over 20 minutes or less. Jake Turner one of their letting consultants helped me in the most kind and efficient way to find and let my new home. I was fortunate to run into Jake Turner at the Islington Branch. I recommend just looking for an agent like Jake in person, rather than going through the system, which I found less than perfect. Jake was very responsive and helpful, kind and professional. I really appreciate that he proactively sorted things out in person when some of the online communications went haywire. An excellent, responsible manager that takes initiative.

These guys are the most corrupt letting agent in the world. They are committing fraud and stealing money from tenants. I rented a property from them near canary wharf but I decided to vacate the property. I had the place professionally cleaned but they are saying it wasn't and are trying to charge me 400 pounds to have it cleaned! They also tried to charge me a 180 pounds check out fee which wasn;t stated in the contract!
They play dirty tricks! Be very weary of these corrupt schemers and stay clear of Morgan Randall. When I moved in the place was dirty and half the place wasn;t functional! They are extorting innocent people using unethical practices! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN and the AUTHORITIES SHOULD BE CALLED IN WITH MANAGEMENT SENT TO JAIL! YES, IT IS THAT CORRUPT!
