Matthew Cole came out to provide a market valuation for our property, despite email and phone call chasers over four weeks later were still waiting for him to respond to our calls and provide the promised valuation. If Coles can't get the basics right it doesn't provide any confidence that the rest of their service would be any more professional. But on a positive note, it makes the decision of which agent to use that bit easier, sorry Coles you've declared yourselves out of contention, business must be good!

Our house went on the market with Coles in August 2020 and we immediately secured several viewings and achieved a full asking price offer within one week! The high quality photos and video no doubt assisted this process. We were also grateful for the support provided during the sales process; Coles effectively communicated with estate agents and solicitors within a chain that was quite fraught with difficulty at times. We were impressed with their professionalism throughout and would certainly recommend their services.

We had Matt come round our flat this week to look at it and give us a valuation. He spent 45 minutes with us and went over how we should be listing it and went over the process with us. He came back to us the same day with the valuation as well. Would recommend.

What a great team! The staff at Coles are really professional and knowledgeable. They have been supportive, efficient and always willing to do everything to help my sale through.
