My experience from meeting Govind was positive. He understood the type of property my family needed after viewing one property with him and was very professional. I liked that he was knowledgeable, knew about the house and was able to answer questions. I had viewed 21 properties with other agencies and realised quickly that the people conducting the viewings had little knowledge of the properties nor could they answer questions and despite giving specifications of requirements they contacted with unsuitable properties, a waste of my and their time.
In contrast I was contacted to view a second property by Govind at Spring Estate Agency, it was perfect for my requirements. The whole process from start to finish was excellent and I now have keys to my new home I cannot recommend Spring Estate Agents enough. If you are wanting a personal, professional, friendly and fabulous service contact them either as a buyer like me or as a seller. You will not be dissapointed.

We are overseas owners who needed to sell our property in Melton and Govind went above and beyond to assist us. From our first conversation right down to our last email he did more than was required of him and we appreciate this greatly. With the time difference it was abit of a challenge but Govind always made himself available.
