Here is a non-paid or biased review. In regards to Arthur Court in Queensway; I have friends that are porters in less attractive hall entrance buildings that do more than the porters at Arthur Court. Weekdays they are meant to work 9 to 5pm to my knowledge, often they are missing from Reception; parcels go missing, porter and Ash Ponsonby couldn't care less; builders using the main lift instead of the service one, therefore blocking residents to take lift and forcing them to go by stairs, porter sat down at Reception; homeless people burst in inside the building overnight to sleep in the corridor, nothing happens; at least we can be thankful that the porters phone is always with battery, in case there is an emerg. update their social media status, watch movies, etc. Heads up for the cold and rainy days, although they can open the door from the Reception, don't hold on to it. Ash Ponsonby is non responsive to e-mails sent and calls end nowhere.

Having rented across London for the past 8 years, I can't recommend enough Ash Ponsonby Estate Agents. Stefano was a fantastic agent, always efficiently answered my emails / phone calls for any questions regarding my rented property. And to top it off from viewings to arranging payments and deposits he made the entire process exactly how it should be - stress free!

Initially we rented 2 apartments over 3 years through Ash Ponsonby and found them to be super efficient in dealing with all matters. So when we bought an apartment to rent out we had no hesitation in asking Ash Ponsonby to manage it. They have always found us good tenants and quickly managed any repairs that became necessary. We now have 2 apartments which they manage.

The are like no other estate agent! The are honest, professional, helpful and actually care both about the tenants and landlord. Much better service ( and cheaper) than all the big names. I have now used them for over 7 years and will never trust another agent like I do Ash Ponsonby. A very personal and caring team.

Really happy with the service they offer-they managed to rent out our property quickly and professionally and for the monthly amount we were after which was great. They are new to managing our building which some of us were nervous about because you never know what that's going to be like, but they've been much better than the previous agent which works well for everyone.
The tenants they found for us are great-easy to get along with and communicative whenever they need something doing which gives us the chance to step in and sort any issues. Great service.happy to recommend them.

Ash Ponsonby was our agent for 5 years and during this time, I can honestly say they have been absolutely amazing. And this is coming from a tenant. We mostly dealt with Stefano and if ever we had any issues with maintenance, no matter what day or time, it was resolved almost immediately. We got our full deposit back and they were beyond supportive when we moved out to accommodate our dates. I'd recommend them to any landlord or tenant alike for an impeccable service.

Just the Best Agency in London. The rooms and flats are great and in excellent conditions. If anything happens they have a really well done website where you can ask for maintenance and generally does it take couple of days to be fixed. They also gives a present to the new tenants. Any problems you will have fast answers. I really suggest this agency for them professionally way to work and transparency. 5 star recommended

Stefano and the Ash Ponsonby team were great agents to work with during the 3.5 year period I rented with them. They were very responsive to calls and email, and there wasn't a maintenance request that didn't get actioned in a timely way. Stefano was very helpful and flexible in changing notice period to coincide with flight from London, and very quickly arranged return of deposit.
