Completely unprofessional when returning deposit. Tom never call back, this company is just a joke. After one dozen of calls to Elliott office, 1/2 dozen calls to Shirley, 5 visits to Elliott office where 4 times office was closed, I have received my deposit! So frustrating and lack of communication.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness A joke. Avoid at all costs. They made us travel for two hours and just when we arrived they gave us a completely different address far away, that obviously did not meet our requirements anymore. Save your time and money and choose a different agency.

Terrible rental service! I have been with Elliot & Co for 11 years and since the current owner has taken Over the service is appalling! Every month chasing my rent payment often well over a week late even though my tenant pays on time. Emails are ignored, never reply's to telephone messages. Such a shame as the staff are dedicated but the management are lousy

As a landlord my rent is late every single month. Paying for a management service is completely pointless if I have to chase the agent every month, numerous times in order to just get a response. If you're a landlord suffering the same as I am, the i recommend you report Elliot & Co to The Property Ombudsman which they are members of

If you need an honest professional estate agent than you can't look further than Elliot and Co. They were amazing with a extremely tricky sale that we instructed them to act on our behalf. Tom and Shirley were always on hand for advice and help during this process.

We was in a really difficulty situation with our previous neighbours and we was thinking that we will never get a chance to find a decent property where to live, and we found Elliott and Co just down the road next to the South Ruislip Station, they helped us a lot with all the process for letting a property, I will highly recommend this team who are doing their job to the higher standards. Shocking service. They don't tell you the truth, hide important information. Paid my solicitor fees and structural engineer fees and then that's when they decided to tell me it was a probabte property. Would never recommend this company to anybody. Have been told the last 2 weeks director will ring me but still waiting. Stay away from this company. Update: had a phone call from director on the 25th June, he said he will look into it and give him a couple days, it's now been well over a week and no phone call back.

Excellent experience of dealing with the team at Elliott and Co, particularly Jesal Patel, Assistant Sales Manager and Thomas Frutchey. What I liked in particular about dealing with this company is that both Jesal and Thomas were not your typical 'pushy, salesy' Estate Agents, but instead conducted themselves in a professional, respectful way at all times, whilst always giving me helpful advice.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to use them for sales or rentals, and will definitely consider using them in future to help me with prospective tenants on the rental side of things.
