Wouldn't even rate ut 1 star lol so negligent in their care and provisions for their tenants!

Been renting with these guys for 6 years. Had alot of faith, confidence and was so happy with the service and agents. Untill i moved home and paid rent in advance as stated on the contract as you do, was told by rachida if i moved out early i wont pay the next months rent which i followed to then be pulled in the office to be told i owe another months rent as these guys make tenants pay in arreas with no proven confirmation. Was expected to not believe the contract and go from word of mouth.

When i moved into the property the fridge was broken and i reported this accordingly. But never had the landlord replace it bearing in mind he owns it so had to buy my own and yet cover for there fridge that aint in the property. Absolutely shocked with this service. Been a really good tenant to them for the last 6 years now get all this agro.

Critical: Professionalism They don't care about residents. They allow landlords to dump residential waste in communal areas. Now our kids have to play surrounded by trash and dangerous waste.

Annabelle from Lombard estate team provided me an excellent service. She is so helpful, kind and professional.

I rang Lombard and spoken to Annabel about a house for me and my family she was very friendly and professional in trying to help us with are housing issues would reccomend annabel to talk to thank you

Very disappointed in the service I was given. Spoke to a agent called Annabell very rude and arrogant agent over the phone has no patience at all, didn't take my information down correctly & wasn't willing to resolve the situation in any sort of manner to resolve it. Asked to speak to management lied to me that their wasn't anybody in the office until next day.

After many attempts of calling got to speak to the manager after she had said their was nobody in the office. Won't be coming back to this agency unfortunately due to service provided.

The staff at Lombard estates are brilliant, from start to finish Communication is excellent and they always keep me updated throughout. I'll always give my properties to Lombard estates, very professional team

I've had my rented property managed by Lombard now for 2 years, they've been really great to me. I had a troublesome tenant before they took over the management, they helped me with the legal paperwork to evict him without charging me a penny above their annual management fees! I finally managed to get the tenant out and they helped with arranging contractors to do extensive renovations which made the property look like new! They then secured me a very decent tenant, they continue to do a great job managing the property superbly. I would give them more than 5 stars if I had the option!

I let out my property through Lombards. They have never let me down over the last 4 years. Rent is always on time and Stan , the owner is a down to earth honest chap who sorts out problems efficiently. I wouldn't use anyone else to manage my property in that area.

I have been renting a house thru Lombards for over 3 years now and have never had a problem with them, i was getting stressed coz of the capping system with the council but Lombards reassured me since last year that I have nothing to worry about as they checked well in advance that I wasnt affected, which stopped me from pulling my hair out! In my experience the piece of mind that Lombard Estate gave me was immense.
Having other estate agents view my property and having given it to another estate agent with no success. We decided to call Lombard Estates, not only did they find the ideal tenant but they got us the best possible rent achievable all within a week.
Also, the members of staff at the shop are always reassuring kind and polite wether over the phone or at their shop. Happy all round.

Lombard estates has provided an excellent landlord service to me over the past 10. This service has improved year on year. The fantastic communication skills of the management has enabled problems with tenants and contracts to be resolved quickly. The staff in the shop are incredibly knowledgable, friendly and always willing to help with any issues. Overall I feel confident leaving my properties in their capable hands.

I want to thank all the team of Lombard estates for their efficient work, I used to pay fortunes to deal with big estate agents where I ended up with 3 months of rent arrears and 2 damaged properties. till I contacted Lombard estates and thanks to their efficiency and a good team work services I always had my tenant's problems sorted out almost the same day my rent always paid on time even when I am on holidays I really do trust Lombard estates and I did recommended to my cousin who's became their client since a couple of months who's her self introduced her friend to them...keep it up Lombard estates.
