The present firm was formed in 2001 when two of North Staffordshire and South Cheshire's leading firms of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents Charles Butters & Sons (established in 1856) and John A. Bee & Co (established in 1921) amalgamated to become Butters John Bee. We are now firmly established as the leading independent firm in the region.
