I thought its only Council and Govt departments who have been incompetent and lazy since Covid. Barnsdales proved me wrong. Doesn't matter what time (within office hours) you call, they won't answer the phone.

Have been renting with them for 2 years and communication is poor. Repairs are taking months to be completed despite regular emails and attempts to call.

Been renting form this letting agent for around 6 month, no issues with communication in that time or with any requests for repairs, some people mentioned not been able to contact via phone, but when I moved in they gave my a full A4 sheet with alternate contact ways, via phone, e-mail, with emergency contacts for Gas, electric and plumbing emergencies, cannot fault them : Jan in particular is always a pleasure to talk to. Will defiantly consider using the letting agent in the future if required.

This company are a joke! Left a faulty Fire Alarm going from at least 830pm till 9am the next morning. The Fire Service were unable to silence the Alarm, and when Barnsdales were contacted they stated they were waiting for a quote! No response after 10pm from their 'out of hours' service! Appalling to leave residents in that position, with an alarm blaring all night long! Must do better!

Never use these people for block management. I unfortunately have to live in a flat they manage the grounds on and NOTHING gets done for the money they take. Use to be a beautiful place to live and the grounds were a jewel in Priory Courts crown but it's a mess of late and run down. None cares including the lease holder and the mess they left it. in after cashing on two new builds is appalling. Staff are useless at organising trades and very rude. I'm sick of it had to lock down in a flat with a child and couldn't use the green space as somover grown and mushrooms and weeds were growing as lack of Maintance.

Appalling service! Not to be trusted. They arranged work to my retail premises earlier this year (guttering) and since May 2021, I have been left with substantial leaks from the guttering that is now causing an environmental problem. Abdicate responsibility, won't reply to numerous emails and basically are not interested! They don't care!
