Great quality service provided by Macphees with selling my home. Communication has been very straightforward with the lawyers and replies are always prompt. Katie the marketing director who did the photos was friendly and professional and gave good advice when asked questions about the selling process. I would recommend using their service as they certainly live up to their high standards.

Excellent service from the team at MacPhee Estate Agency team selling our house recently. Very prompt to visit us and draw up the sales particulars, house was up on their website and Right Move very quickly. They found a buyer within a couple of weeks and put a lot of effort into liaising with them to make sure everything went smoothly with the completion. Highly Recommended!

We were looking at flats in the area to buy to let recently and asked the girls on the desk to put offers in for a few flats that we liked. Due to their complete incompetence the seller didn't even receive the offer for 3 working days, by which time the sellers had agreed a sale with other buyers. We eventually bought flats in Inverness and would highly recommend staying away from this firm.
