Ibbett Mosely dealt with the sale of our flat with tremendous professionalism and integrity. The whole team was wonderful but Giulia deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to help with our onward purchase, which proved unexpectedly difficult. We felt we were in extremely good hands at every step of the way and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Please stay away from these cheats. Had a horrible experience dealing with them yesterday. They took a one-week holding deposit and all the detailed information(which I filled for 2 hours finishing late till night) and the next day their Branch manager called and said she can't give me the property as the owners would not want a young family in it. This is ridiculous if that's the reason they should have put this into the property add itself or let me know before taking the booking amount. I humbly suggest people stay away from such cheap agents.

Excellent service! Very impressed with Ibbetts and their dealing with our house purchase especially during the Covid situation. We were always kept up to date in the transaction and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Giulia did an amazing job as sales progressor thank you once again we love our new house
