The office evaluation is 5-, it's very bad in general. We received the apartment on 3/6/2022 and from the required conditions 1) The apartment is completely clean 2) It should be fully air-conditioned 3) The office should inspect the apartment and verify all of the above before handing it over Upon receiving the apartment and paying the full amount, the following appears: 1) the apartment has been dirty and not cleaned 2) the air-conditions is not working, and after contacting the building administration they make it clear to us that the apartment does not have air conditioning except in the living room and the master bedroom which is contrary to the agreement between us and the office. 3) there is no way to communicate with the office except by e-mail, as the response takes 48 hours and sometimes no response at old. 4) The lighting in the bathroom does not work, and an electrician came from their side, and it was agreed that will be replaced from 10 days up to now nothing has been done. The office is very bad and does not have credibility and I do not recommend dealing with it

Still waiting for my deposit after 2+ months leaving the apartment. Charlotte doesn't reply to my emails (she never did even when I needed help in the apartment) what do I need to do to have a proper and fair negotiation and have my money back?

If I could select a 0 star I would. Unprofessional at all level when it comes to sending the deposit back: unable to advise the landlord who claimed the whole deposit for missing items that were in a different place in the flat (so not even double checking the pictures from the check in check out reports), asking money for items like toilet brushes that we threw after moving in for hygienic reasons, claiming a ridiculous amount for scratches on the floor like the landlord will renovate the flooring with our money.

It took more than 20 days after we moved out to receive the checkout inventory and now it's been over a month that we're still waiting for the deposit back. During our tenancy in Chelsea Bridge Wharf, with a 2 years contract and a 12 months break clause, the agency asked multiple times to do sales viewing in the flat during Covid, and threatening us that the landlord might kick us out after the break clause if we don't accept to do the viewing!

And this only after the start of the tenancy. They're quick to make you sign and pay, but slow for all the rest. The property managers Valerija and Charlotte have been unprofessional by delaying the whole deposit return process, not even a manager to speak to. Just unqualified people to deal with.

Hicham was great in helping me view the flat. Charlotte was really lovely and helpful throughout the process; quick to respond to my questions. Great experience with this property agency so far.

I have been renting my apartment since July last year, unfortunately there were multiple issues from day one. Since I moved in I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie. She has been outstanding and is always there to make sure that issues are resolved quickly. I have found her to be kind, empathetic, understanding of my frustrations and above all very efficient. She just gets the job done and I trust her. She is a credit to your organisation.

I bought the apartment with the help of Garton Jones at Chelsea Bridge and received very good service. Then I used Battersea Power Station Estate to manage my apartment. However, they provided very poor service but charged very high management fees. Then I changed to Garton Jones to help me to find a tenant and manage the apartment. Garton Jones have done a fantastic job in looking for a very good tenant and looing after my property, being extremely helpful and tailering their service by each individual.
