We had been looking for a property for a few months and were very pleased to have met Maria. Maria understood the type of property we were looking for and found a brilliant property within our budget. The letting process was extremely smooth and quick with Maria always being available to answer any questions we may have. The effort and time put in is much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Maria was simply amazing! My daughter and her friends were let down by a landlord and were left looking for a student let at short notice. We very recently used City Docklands to find a good quality new tenant. Remarkably they did this within two days, a result that we were very happy about. Unlike most of the estate agents with whom we have done business over the years they actually deliver what they promise. Mark Scott, our main contact at City Docklands, has always been very professional and quick to respond to calls and emails. If you are looking for a reliable and professional estate agent in the SE1 area then we can wholeheartedly recommend City Docklands.

Worst lettings agency in London, not only do they false advertise and then try to blame it on you for not "assuming some of the furniture promoted wouldnt be there" after them saying in the visit while the property is being painted that the flat is "fully furnished" and then charge an outrageous amount of agency fee money for doing a terrible job and completely disregarding their own clients.

But also, they gave me the keys to an apartment which hadnt been cleaned from previous tenants, when cleaning the shelves we got orange liquid falling from the gap between the shelve and wall, shower was filthy with hairs on drain, sofa filled with dust. When talking with the agent about this, he told us that he knew the flat was not proffessionally cleaned, when it is their job to contract the cleaners for the landlord to pay with the probably outrageous fee they get charged aswell. AWFUL SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS!

Tried to view 2 properties through them, but when I called to confirm the time with Nick he went a little crazy at me on the phone asking me about my profession. I told him that I work in marketing. He was very angry for some reason, accusing me of lying as I'm really a letting agent trying to see his properties and stealing his business. I offered my LinkedIn profile, CV, business cards, office number with website to prove it is legitimate, provisional driving license to prove he did not see me driving a car with competitors' branding.

He said I was a liar and hung up on me. Safe to say I am very glad I did not do business with this cowboy agency, and I found much higher quality properties, lower fees and better (impossible not to be) customer service elsewhere.
