Paul and Paula opened Briggs Residential in 2001 and we pride ourselves on providing a personal service, offering clients clear professional advice on both the sale and purchase of their properties. We are one of the area's leading Estate Agencies and according to Rightmove, often sell at least twice as many properties than any other local Agency.
Meet The Team

Paula has been a director of Briggs Residential, alongside husband Paul, since it first opened over twenty years ago prior to which, she worked for a corporate estate agency. She now runs the whole of the administration department and can often be seen out and about visiting our clients. Paula is an integral member of the team and her main focus is on customer service.
