A massive Thank you to Gemma, who guided me through my journey to become a tenant. She is too good of a person to be part of this estate agency. Bullying behaviour from loud, short man, who thinks its ok intimidating tenants and shouting in face. Something dodgy going on there. They do not care about the tenants, no repairs, bleeding you dry for nothing.

Also misusing their power over vulnerable people who are going to them through the council's incitive payment sceme. I am reporting them for abuse of power over vulnerable tenants. Avoid them!

My property has been let by John Grants for over 10 years and iv never had any issues. Recently my tenancy agreement with the previous tenants ended and John Grants responded quickly by making sure the property didn't stay empty while getting me the best rental income possible. They often provide regular updates and notify me inadvance if any of my annual maintenance certificate need renewal.

The service and updates provided during this period have been excellent. I'm looking forward to continuing our relationship and would recommend new and existing landlords to do the same. 5* service!

Highly professional service provided by Steve in particular. He was always contactable and extremely helpful in all aspects of our move. Having dealt with other estate agents in Edmonton, I would only recommend John Grants. We bought and sold the same property through Steve at John Grants and could not fault his service to the extent that our children referred to him as "Uncle Steve" due to his kind and friendly nature.
