Can I just say the ladies I spoke with, Stacey, Katie and Tracey were the loveliest ever!. They were so down to earth and welcoming, everytime I spoke to them on the phone they were so kind and nothing was ever too much. As a first time buyer it can be daunting but my experience with this company made it 100% easier. I would recommend to everyone. And we had the best little gift box, made my day. When we collected the key today all the staff I encountered were very friendly and it was great to share this experience with them. Thank you all.

Placed my house on the market with Goodchilds Estate Agents. The sale was challenging at points in time and the team at Goodchilds (Cameron Weston leading the sale) navigated the sale to ensure appropriate value was achieved.
I guess there is cheaper our there but I am not convinced that cheaper would have delivered such a positive result. I am pleased with the sale process and Communication throughout and would highly recommend Goodchilds Estate Agents to anyone who wants a professional and quality service.

Weve finally found our perfect home, after a disaster with a different estate agents. We couldnt be happier.
Sophie looked after us and welcomed us with a welcome hamper. A slight hiccup with our energy supplier but Sophie got straight onto the engineer and has resolved it for us. Attentive and professional.

Me and my Husband were renting through Goodchilds for the last 7 years and have never had any issues whatsoever. We've always dealt with Ailsa but have also had help from Katie over the last month too whilst sorting out some bits after giving our notice. Both have been really helpful and have made the process so easy and efficient for us. Our deposit was returned quickly after our tenancy ended, and overall we're very happy with the service. Incredible service from Sophie, she went above and beyond to help me get my property. I have been very impressed with the service I have received from this company in the short time I have I have.known them. Katie, Staacey and Tracy have been very professional and helpful at all times. The photographs and details were excellent. I very much appreciated the weekly marketing updates from Tracy and the fact she wore a uniform with the name of their company on it. Also extra signage was added on the main road showing the whereabouts of the bungalow. A nice little touch I felt. All in all I received a very positive impression of this company.

I have been renting with Goodchilds in Walsall for many years, I encountered an issue with my boiler recently, which was a major inconvenience, but Sophie truly went above and beyond to resolve it. Not only did she ensure the boiler was fixed promptly and efficiently, but she also took the time to personally drop off and pick up temporary heating to make sure I was comfortable during the repair process. Her attentiveness and dedication were much appreciated, and I am incredibly grateful for her efforts. I cannot thank Sophie enough for her supportshe is a major credit to Goodchilds and such a lovely woman!

After a bad experience with a different Estate Agent we changed to Newton Fallowell They were exceptional from the beginning Peter made sure we had the correct value on the house and that the right people came to view Within a week we had a buyer and from that moment on Karyn was excellent and kept us informed at all times She kept in contact with lawyers and also the rest of the chain and kept us informed Without Karyn the process would have taken much longer I can't recommend Newton Fallowell enough.

After dealing with many estate agents, I genuinely believe that this is the best estate agent in Lincoln. I dealt directly with Steve, Abbie and Karyn and right from the start, they were not only polite, welcoming, and efficient they also delivered and exceeded expectations. Amazing! Five Stars for Jordan and the Team in Mansfield I had a great experience in the past buying a property with Newton Fallowell, so here I am again, but this time selling a property.
