All in all a good and efficient service although they do use the Oh Goodlord service which is a Marmite operation! But as far as ElliotLee themselves go I cannot fault them, Preyen dealt with all of the hurdles that Goodlord placed before us and 100% well done to him, he deserved 6 stars. My landlord also is very helpful and certainly has an interest in his properties and his tenants - definitely not a "rent them and forget them " gentleman.

It was wonderful working with the team at Elliott Lee (Rayners Lane) to sell our 2 bed room flat recently. They were attentive, professional and were experienced. We've already starting recommending them to some of our local friends who are considering a move.

I am a landlord whose been with the same agents for 17 years. They are Competitors of Elliot Lee. They have grown big and fees increased tremendously. The same time service got very poor. However, Preyen from Elliot Lee understood my frustration and has been absolutely Professional from inception of my business to letting my property. He has been very clear in his conversations with me.

He never got fed up of me contacting him time and again, that is what I call service. If he couldn't take my call and I left a message he would call me back. I can't say that for my previous agents. They would never return my calls. Preyen has exceeded my expectations with all my dealings with him. I strongly feel he should be commended for his qualities and Professionalism. I hope i recieve the same high quality service and Elliot and Lee can retain my business for many years to come.

Poor service. I booked a viewing, arrived early at the place and waited in rain, no one showed up. I called to estate agency and they didn't know where the agent was and couldn't give me his number. Then, they called back telling me that he left of the property 5 minutes after our booked appointment. He didn't even try to call me. And also, he couldn't come back to show me the property because he was too far away by that moment. I lost my time going there and left without seeing the property. So disrespectful, I'm really disappointed.

We have developed ElliotLee's website for them recently and have found working with their Sales Director James Burgess to be an enjoyable experience. He was always grateful for the work we did and helpful with his feedback. We look forward to working with ElliotLee in the future.

In the lockdown period when kids were doing home learning they need printouts to do most of their work and at that time Elliot helped us by printing and delivering to us at the same day. A frustrating and time-wasting experience While sounding very pleasant on the telephone, if you are a potential renter I would avoid dealing with anyone from this company. They seem keen to sign you up (so you're on their books and this looks good to potential landlords, presumably) but, if you want to know about a property they're not going to be much help. They don't seem to know the properties on their books and so can't answer your questions.
