I am a career estate agent with over forty years' experience in the industry; seven years in general practice in Warwickshire and thirty-four years in Chiswick. I founded the business in 2004 and am proud that we have been well supported by many and varied clients over the years. Our property management department is based in our Chiswick office ensuring that all aspects of property management are dealt with efficiently and effectively on our varied residential portfolio. Unlike many of our competitors who tend to be based some distance from their managed properties we are no more than a kilometre away from any property - very useful should we need to visit for management inspections or meet a tradesperson in an emergency.We are dedicated to looking after clients' investments by dealing with various issues that arise daily, including emergencies that occur in the evenings or weekends.

Under the latest government rules you may pay Stamp Duty at several different rates, depending on the purchase price. Under the old rules, there were several different Stamp Duty rates, but you as a homebuyer, paid the same rate on the whole purchase price. Under the new LBTT system buyers pay tax on amounts between bands, not on the full purchase price of a property.
