I am a career estate agent with over forty years' experience in the industry; seven years in general practice in Warwickshire and thirty-four years in Chiswick. I founded the business in 2004 and am proud that we have been well supported by many and varied clients over the years. I always encourage an open and transparent style of communication with all clients and buyers and passionately believe in what we do.

Our property management department is based in our Chiswick office ensuring that all aspects of property management are dealt with efficiently and effectively on our varied residential portfolio. Unlike many of our competitors who tend to be based some distance from their managed properties we are no more than a kilometre away from any property - very useful should we need to visit for management inspections or meet a tradesperson in an emergency.We are dedicated to looking after clients' investments by dealing with various issues that arise daily, including emergencies that occur in the evenings or weekends.

Use our mortgage calculator to get an idea of how much you could borrow and see the properties you can afford. Under the latest government rules you may pay Stamp Duty at several different rates, depending on the purchase price. Under the old rules, there were several different Stamp Duty rates, but you as a homebuyer, paid the same rate on the whole purchase price. Under the new LBTT system buyers pay tax on amounts between bands, not on the full purchase price of a property.

If you want an honest, straightforward agent use Andrew Nunn. Unlike most agents they won't over promise and under deliver and all Andrew's colleagues are equally approachable, frank and astute. They all honestly work in the best interest of their clients, no nonsense and they work hard to get the job done. Their local knowledge is excellent and their service standards exceptional, they put other chain agencies to shame.

We had a wonderful experience letting a flat through Andrew Nunn & Associates. Suzana, the property manager who handles our flat, gave us the first showing (rather than sending a realtor). She gave us plenty of time to see the flat and ask questions, which we found highly unusual compared with other showings (and absolutely wonderful)! Katherine, who later helped us with the application process, was prompt and communicative at every step.
Since moving into our flat we have had a few maintenance issues and the staff at Andrew Nunn and Associates has been responsive, swift, and helpful. We are delighted to recommend them!

Andrew Nunn & Associates team is excellent. Since I have contacted them they were extremely helpful and supportive. From communication via e mails and phone, to face to face contact during viewings and through my tenancy, I have no complains at all. Rented through this estate agent and Katherine made the whole process very smooth. Communication was always, clear and fast. Andrew Nunn & Associates have been letting and managing a flat for me in Chiswick since 2016. In the previous 17 years I tried four different letting agents, from the very large to the very small. All of them proved unsatisfactory, in some cases exacerbating the problems of letting a flat and/or becoming a problem in their own right. It was a great relief, after years of frustration, to find in Andrew Nunn a competent, efficient, cooperative and conscientious agent. I can highly recommend this company.
