The built environment sector needs more balanced representation. Right now, the industry doesn't reflect the diverse make-up of the society and communities we serve. We want to change that. Not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it's business critical if we don't make strides to include people from all walks of life, we simply won't have the talent to create a better tomorrow.
