Sunbury gets its name from a Saxon chieftain called Sunna who built his riverside settlement, or Burgh, here. People have been living in this area for many thousands of years. During excavations for the new Sunbury Lock in 1926, remains of citizens living here between 4,000 and 3,000 BC were found and a later burial ground from the Bronze Age, dated around 1,700 BC was found on Sunbury Common.

We do not hold client money and therefore are not part of the Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP). We charge any new tenants renting through us a 200 fee per person inclusive of VAT (adult) for referencing, administration and paperwork. We do not have any further charges to the tenant thereafter. We also charge a small administration fee of 59 or 99 both inclusive of VAT depending on your chosen level of management to cover all the paperwork when setting up a new tenancy or making changes to existing Tenancies.
